The brief was this design was to create a task management system where users in a print company could track the progress of their jobs from the moment they come in as a query, to billing.
After researching some other task management systems and reviewing the requirements from the client, I worked with the developers to come up with a design that would be robust and visually appealing, while still meeting the requirements.
The finished applciation is working well for the client and their productivity has increased since adopting this system.
UX/UI by me, logo and colour scheme provided by the client.

Quotes and invoices are all handled from the view job page
Dedicated page for each customer to manage contacts and all current/archived jobs.
One requirement from the client was that they wanted to see all jobs at a glance and flick between them easily. Jobs are viewed from a side panel where all the information is available at a glance.
The infotmation is split into three seperate tabs:
Details, Quote, and Invoice.
This allows all of the information to be accessible in the one page, and all information on a job kept in the one place.
